Fulton's has been closed for months, undergoing a renovation and "bow to stern" update.
The restaurant's new concept will reflect a yachting theme, with a rooftop lounge and waterfront bar featuring a build-your-own fish boil. The menu will include an oyster-shucking bar, Florida stone crab and Alaskan king crab, among other surf-and-turf favorites, according to Disney.
No specific date has been set for the reopening, only that it will be in the fall, Disney says.
